Mrinal is qualified as an Advocate in India and has over 10 years’ of experience in handling complex Corporate and Commercial, Regulatory, Tax Disputes and Disputes Advisory. Mrinal is a Member of the Young International Arbitration Group (LCIA) and Delhi High Court Bar Association.
Mrinal has acted for clients in various sectors including financial services, manufacturing, telecom, technology service providers, ports, infrastructure, construction, energy, media, consumer products and government contracting and has represented them before Supreme Court, High Courts, Trial Courts, Arbitral Tribunals and various Judicial and Quasi-Judicial
Tribunals and Authorities. Mrinal also has vast experience of conducting Domestic and International Arbitration under Institutional Rules.
